I bought this A clarinet (key of A) brand new in 2021 and played it professionally for one orchestra season. Master technician Melanie Wong installed a low F corrector thumb key/vent, upgraded all pads to cork, leather, and Valentino Masters, and performed a full artist setup. There are no cracks, and it is in perfect playing condition. It has excellent intonation and response throughout all registers, and I have performed on them alongside Buffet, Selmer, and Yamaha clarinets with no tuning or blend issues. The sound is rich, warm, dark, flexible, and very homogenous. It comes with an adjustable 64-68mm barrel.
