Olds Custom Crafted Bb trumpet: #848216, made in Fullerton, CA. This trumpet is used, but in excellent playing condition. The valves are in pristine shape... See the photo, and compression is excellent. I bought it quite some time ago from a friend and used it in Baltimore Symphony pops concerts.

The instrument's mouthpiece receiver says "Silver Sonic" on it, and it looks like it has been replaced (before I bought it), however the receiver itself is in perfect shape. There is pitting along the outside of the leadpipe that detracts from the overall appearance of the trumpet. Because of the scratches along the leadpipe, the trumpet doesn't look cosmetically great, but still plays very well with a good high register.

There are some very minor imperfections, but no big dents in the trumpet. There are some small scratches along the bell where mutes were put in. It comes with the Olds case, but no mouthpiece. The weight is about 12 lbs overall. Less for midwest and more for the extreme west coast. I've always loved the Olds line of trumpets and cornets, and have owned every model but for the "Opera" model.
