Here's an AMAZING Conn transitional 12M baritone saxophone with rolled tone holes! It is said by many that the rolled tone hole 12M is THE bari sax to play. Nothing else sounds quite the same. Gigantic sound, made famous by the great Gerry Mulligan. This is a great 12M from the early rolled tone hole period. In fact, this is the earliest same-side bell key bari that I have ever seen from Conn, as serial number 235747, and predates the famous'naked lady' engraving. This horn is in excellent condition. The body is straight and shows no signs of major damage.
Silver is original and looks great. Pads and action are excellent and have just been gone over in my shop. Pictures tell the rest of the story!
