Send us your Beyerdynamic Headphones (DT 770, 880, 990, 1770, 1990) and we will modify the cup by removing the stock cable and installing a new 3-pin Headphone connector on it (see pictures). This will be wired using high quality silver-plated wires. We will also modify your existing cable, installing a 3-pin female connector for use with the modded headphones. This upgrade will allow you to enjoy your headphones using much better quality Headphone cables. So, what's included in this service?

We will modify your existing stock cable for use with your modded headphones. They are quite ordinary and extremely thin enamel coated copper wire (<26 AWG). What's NOT covered in this service?

Defective headphone drivers are not replaced. However, we can source replacements directly from Beyerdynamic if interested (you will have to pay for them).
