1920 BUESCHER C SOPRANO serial#76375 in silver-plate with case.... Pads are a mixture and some may need to be re-seated or changed.. Plays top to bottom on my Bb soprano mouthpiece(not included), and not sure if these need a specific mouthpiece as this is the first c-soprano i have had....
