Has around 12-15 hours of total playing, so it's still pretty new. It includes both cases shown in the pictures, as well as an extra neck, a mouthpiece, 2 full boxes of Vandoren Alto reeds (strength 3.5 and 2.5), an olegature ligature, and a couple neckstraps. I haven't played it since August of 2018 so I'm trying to have it go to someone who will use it.
