White King Silver Trombone with case.. As you can see by the attached pictures, this is a beautiful silver King Trombone, made by H. N White and marked "Clev'd" The serial number stamped both on the main body and on the slide is 47398 which, according to the factory records on their web site, would mean this was manufactured between 1900 and 1903. It is in the original case which also has a tag inside saying it is from H. It has the original mouthpiece, and also the two piece lyre music holder.
The case shows it's age and is in fair shape. The trombone itself was badly tarnished when I acquired it.I cleaned it up, greased the tuning slide, and lubricated the main slide. It is in amazing condition. There are a few dings and some discoloration where the hand holds the slide, but other than that, it is in beautiful shape. It is a steal at this price!
