CONN SILVER PLATED Eb ALTO SAXOPHONE CIRCA 1928 EXCEPTIONALLY NICE ORGL COND

  

Serial # 199676 (Circa 1928) (LP). Original Plating is nearly 97-98%. Check out the photos and you will see that the Original Silver Plating on this Alto only shows slight wear, and the wear to the original plating is mostly ar the touch points, consistent with normal use. I've oiled the Keys and used a leather softener on the pads and the current mixture of pads on this Vintage Alto currently perform well; for the sound is the recognizible sound of a Vintage Conn.

Conn Chu-Berry's from the 200,000 serial number (1927 - 2929) are very desirable. The 3 Plam Keys are all the Long Tear Drop style; and of course this Conn has the infamous Micro Tuner neck and, Rolled Tone Holes. The Bell is has the Gold Wash (See Photos).

There is a very slight Dent at the Bow, just on the reinforcement bar (See Photos). The Case is a circa 1950's Non Conn case, but shows well, and the Sax Fits Excellent inside the case. The springs on both latches have sprung but still lock properly. Any questions let me know and thanks for taking a look.
